Chief Executive Officer
With nearly 25 years of financial and executive business management experience, Mike McClain has expertly served as the CEO of CEG – formerly – DCiM Solutions since its inception in 2014, and grown the business exponentially.
Mike has a long history in successfully founding and growing services companies. Prior to leading CEG, he established McClain Ventures, LLC d/b/a McClain Solutions, an investment and consulting company focused on strategic investments in technology, as well as accounting and finance solutions for SMBs from development stage to $50M in revenue. In 2005, Mike co-founded the public accounting and professional services firm, The MB Group LLC. The Company provided specialized accounting services for a wide variety of industries including technology, financial institutions, manufacturing/distribution, trucking, collection agencies, restaurant franchisors and operators, employee benefit plans and non-profit organizations.
Mike began his professional career as an auditor and audit supervisor at Occidental Petroleum Corporation. There he performed operational, financial, and regulatory compliance audits for domestic and international operating groups, including oil and gas operations in Peru and Russia. He developed an expertise in assessing internal controls, and designing audit evaluation programs. Over the years, Mike has also gained a working knowledge of tax compliance and has led consulting services related to business financing, due diligence and mergers and acquisition projects, litigation support and forensic cases, and Controller and CFO support engagements.
Mike is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and Oklahoma. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, Dallas Society of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Senior Vice President of Operations
In the role of Senior Vice President of Operations, Rob Huttemann manages all key technology vendor relations, high-profile channel and end user customers, and internal technical support, manufacturing and administration teams.
Rob has more than 30 years of industry experience, and has served as an executive of CEG – formerly DCiM Solutions – since the company’s inception in 2014. Prior to that, he was a long-term leader at NER Data Corporation, end as the Vice President and General Manager of the Technology Solutions Division. Rob has extensive skills and familiarity with data center and supporting infrastructure management, with specific focus on power, space and storage, cooling, and overall best practices.
Senior Vice President
Mario Figurelle has served in executive positions in the data center industry for over fifteen years. His extensive expertise includes remote access and monitoring, power monitoring, data center monitoring and all facets of Data Center Infrastructure Management.
Prior to joining the CEG Leadership Team, Mario served for six years as the Vice President of Operations for IIS Group. Highlights of his client projects include reducing cooling costs by 50% for a recent customer. This was done by installing a monitoring system in a 20,000 square foot data center. The project was so successful, the customer realized ROI within less than one year. He has also recently helped a major telecommunications customer install a metering system that continuously monitors 120,000 outlets.
